About the event

Get a profound understanding of breathwork and meditation and learn how to use your breath like a wonderful tool to start controlling all systems in your body. Take care of your mind and how to take the awareness to inner consciousness and realize your true nature. Incorporating personal intentions and spiritual practices acceptable to all, focusing on intentional breathing patterns, altering the rate, ratio and flow of the respiratory cycle, we will use guiding techniques to enhance and minimize various sensory inputs through the use of breath, musical vibration and guided visualization and meditation.

All are welcome, no experience required

Neel Kamal is a motivated yoga instructor with extensive yoga practice and training in India and Canada.  A former university professor with specialization in Sociology and Gender Studies, Neel is trained in hatha yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation and trauma-sensitive yoga. She also teaches restorative yoga, yin yoga, and chair yoga to seniors. Neel firmly believes that yoga is a lifelong therapy. She enjoys inspiring her clients to improve their wellness and commits to long term health goals. Passionate about sharing her knowledge of yoga philosophy and her love of yoga, Neel facilitates her classes with a holistic approach for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
