Laura Christine
Iyengar Yoga Instructor
Laura began her yoga practice in the early 1990’s and became dedicated to the Iyengar method in 2014. She recently completed the three-year Iyengar teacher apprenticeship training program and is eager to bring this offering to Revive.
Continuing connection in the yoga community and practicing life- long learning, Laura regularly takes classes with senior teachers locally and with the Iyengar family in Pune, India, and others around the globe.
Iyengar Yoga is one of the most practiced in the world, firmly rooted in the traditional eight limbs of yoga, and is known as safe and accessible for all ages and bodies. Iyengar Yoga uses a systematic and precise approach, often with the assistance of props, so that all students can practice the poses in a safe and effective way. It is through this focussed movement of the body in the asanas that the transformative benefits of yoga can be discovered.
Offerings:
Rachel Rittich

Rachel's passion for this ancient art is an offering to rejuvenate: body, mind and soul. For her, Thai Yoga Massage is her practice, a meditation in and of itself for both her and the recipient. The holistic nature of this practice is very deep and thorough.
Traditionally: sessions are 2 hours long, full body, incorporating assisted yogic stretches. 2 hours is recommended for a deeper experience of the tradition, although 1 hour and 90 minute sessions are also available as needed.

Allison Melton
Yoga Instructor and Natural Healer
A natural healer, Allison has taken essential steps to begin offering her skills to community and individual. Born and raised Calgarian, her path has led her home to British Columbia.
With countless hours of experience and two 200-hr Yoga Teacher Trainings under my belt she tailors yoga classes from flow, to yin, and everything in between.
She truly makes people feel comfortable. Her main goal is to create some space, relax into poses, and move your body intentionally, with a little bit of flair along the way. Her classes are fun, uplifting, and take you just where you need at the time.
Allison is currently registered for the Body Work Therapy program at VSOHA (Graduating December 2024).
Tia Desrochers
Yoga Instructor, Reiki Healer, and Personal Trainer
Tiagra is a personal trainer + yoga teacher who is focused on functionality, balance, and embodying the entire self. She's been moving since she was young, but over the years she's realized the internal is just as important as the external, and soon after this realization is when she discovered Yoga. Building a personal practice on and off the mat helped her to blend both physical and mental wellbeing. Movement became more than aesthetics, and instead shifted into an entire ritual to self. Tiagra blends action with acceptance and challenges you to dig a big deeper. Expect calming vibes paired with chances for internal dialogue to help you connect more to self through both body and mind.
